Yogurt Parfait


INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup topping (nuts, crushed graham crackers, etc.)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit, chopped

DIRECTIONS:
In a small bowl, blend yogurt, honey and vanilla extract. Using a tall glass, layer the yogurt, fruit, and topping in any order or combination. ENJOY!
