Pumpkin Muffins

INGREDIENTS
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
2/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup honey
2 egg whites (lightly beaten)
2 tbsp canola oil
*Add cranberries or nuts for a yummy touch

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, sift the dry ingredients.
3. In small bowl, combine liquid ingredients and pumpkin.
4. Combine pumpkin mixture and dry mixture together.
5. Pour into a 12-cup muffin pan that is lined with muffin paper.
6. Bake for 20 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes.
