Chicken Pot Pie
This is a comfort and feel-good food.

INGREDIENTS
2 cans of fat-free cream-of-chicken soup
2 cups cooked chicken breast (chopped)
2 1/2 cups frozen vegetables
1 1/4 cups low-fat Bisquick mix
1/2 cup skim milk
1 egg

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine chicken, vegetables, and soup in a 9-inch pie plate.
3. Stir together remaining ingredients, pour mixture over chicken and bake until golden brown (about 30 min.).

Yields 6 small servings.
