Orange 'n Easy Salad

This is a great after-school snack or a good side dish with mixed vegetables. It’s also a great postworkout refresher.

INGREDIENTS
24 ounces low fat cottage cheese
3 ounces orange gelatin
20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
12-ounce lite whipped topping
11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained

DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Cover salad and refrigerate for 2 hours.
